Purpose

Expose the HiPo manager to the challenges of the new role and lead her to explore her own leadership style. Develop a specific set of executive competencies prior to being promoted to Finance Director for a key division.

 

Process

Individual coaching sessions for 6 consecutive months to discuss step-by-step progress and growth towards as an upcoming senior leader. Coaching sessions kicked off with an assessment of personality and team leadership competencies.
