Purpose

Align all directors on the necessity of organic growth, the strategic goals, and the execution plan to reach targeted revenues.

 

Process

The “possibilities” approach, a series of team sessions to instil a growth mindset in the team and to collectively draft a plan of action to execute the defined strategy. The process included individual follow-up sessions and guidance for the sales teams as well.
