Rising to the HRD role during a challenging year

A worldwide, recognised leader in the cleaning industry had acquired an international competitor and was integrating EU operations and various teams. The Benelux HR team manager was promoted to a Director role and became a member of the executive team.

Purpose

Strengthen the new position of the HR Director on the executive team and reinforce executive presence, credibility and his contribution to the major change project resulting from the company’s recent acquisition.

 

Process

Regular individual coaching sessions over a period of 8 months combined with HR team interventions. Key focus on exploring and leading organisational change, strategy execution actions and building self-confidence.

 

Payoff

This leader is climbing steadily up the executive ladder.
