I have always been fascinated by what makes leaders and teams great — and what doesn’t. Having coached hundreds of executives in a variety of industries and situations, I have seen that managers become more effective, self-confident leaders and team members with the support of tailored consulting and professional coaching. My approach to leadership development is very business-focussed and pragmatic. My starting point in consulting with every client is to gain a deep understanding of the client’s business and strategic challenges.
Before starting my own consulting practice in 2013, I spent eight years as the Managing Director of KornFerry Consulting in the BeNeLux, supporting a wide range of blue-chip, international client companies with leadership development. My previous role was managing the Right Management consulting practice in Belgium, which offered change management solutions to local public and private organizations. I was part of the European Leadership Team at both companies and as such led teams that managed large scale consulting projects. Earlier in my career, I delivered a wide range of HR-related services as a managing consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
I hold a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, and obtained my Practitioner Coach certification from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I am a certified strategy execution consultant and a licensed user of various leadership assessment tools.
My mother tongue is Dutch, and I speak fluent English and French.
